Lee brings comprehensive technical expertise built over years in the building performance industry. Starting as an airtightness tester, he progressed to Technical Manager before becoming a qualified airtightness consultant and thermographer.

His industry involvement includes serving on the ATTMA Technical Committee, where he contributed to shaping testing standards and best practices. Now a member of Elmhurst, Lee combines hands-on testing experience with strategic technical oversight.
